Entry Fee: $25.00 if postmarked by 08/6/16, $30.00 on race day. $20.00 for all pre-registered EMS/Fire/Police personnel. Register online at www.commackambulance.org.
5k Awards: Top 3 Overall male and female, top 3 overall male and female EMS/Fire/Police, Top 3 finishers male/female 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 34-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Timing: The race will be timed and managed by Results Timing.
Not Permitted: For the safety of all participants, the following are not permitted on the race course: strollers, baby joggers, roller skates/blades, skateboards, bicycles and pets.
